"What's in your five?"

Five services, five weeks, five purposes...OK - I'm excited! Right now, we're down to the final preparations for Celebration Sunday at Crescenta Valley High School and the start of the new "myFive" series. So many of you have worked so hard to make this weekend happen - and for that I am most grateful! It's been an emotional week as I've reflected on how far God has brought us during these last years. All week I've thought about Philippians 1:6, "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." So many times in my life I've read that verse with an eye toward the future...but today I'm thinking about just how true it has been so far - in my life, in the life of my family and in the life of Montrose Church. And I know that He will continue to be faithful. I hope to see you Sunday at 10 a.m. - and by the way, "what's in your five?"

Pastor Dave,

I wanted to express how wonderful today's service was at CV! From the moment we arrived and saw the "Welcome Home" banner,to the moving worship songs, your convicting words on "Connecting", to the powerful testimony of Jason & Niki, God's presence was felt in that place! The vast number of people who worshipped together today was awesome! We are blessed to be part of the ever-growing family at Montrose Church and we thank you for continued guidance in our spiritual walk with God!

Many blessings,

Karen Ross
