Thank you to all of you who faithfully serve on our church campus. Yours are the smiling faces that greet our community - some who walk through our doors have been kicked around and faced hardships of many kinds and need a place to feel safe and to be loved. Others are in alone in this city and need to find a place to connect with others. Still others are in need of a family. But you welcome them into worship services, Sunday school classes, choir and other activities. Your service is valued and necessary.

God has so many important places He is calling us to serve. As we launch into 2012 and think about our purpose, be confident that you may already be doing what God wants you to do, you just think you SHOULD be doing something else. Keep loving, serving and being Jesus to those you come in contact with. Be intentional in your volunteer and paid positions because, through you, others get to experience the love of Christ in their every day life.
